Foam Hedz 11 - What's Ahead?

It has been way too long, so we thought we would give a quick catch up and tell you about our future plans.

Soon we will be doing band interviews, and having live performances from bands involved in Mike TV’s The Church of Rock and Roll currently going on in Pasadena on Thursdays which is an extension of the old scene from Mr. T’s Bowl in Echo Park. Mike is not only an amazing musician, and the first interview will be him (along with Get Set Go playing), but he has really managed to get an incredible music scene together. And we couldn’t be more excited about this project.

(I had some sound complaints so I have replaced the audio, cutting down the music, and trying to get that cricket sound out, though it muffled the sound a bit.)

Foam Hedz 10 - Fight Night Round 4

We had been waiting for this game for some time, especially since Fight Night Round 3 was an XBOX 360 launch title, and for the most part it was worth the wait, but the game does have some issues. Here we talk about the good and the bad of Fight Night Round 4 for the XBOX 360.

(This is actually a new version, with some additional work on the green screen, which I was not happy with. Most of you will not notice the difference, but to me it is huge!)

Foam Hedz 09 - Desert Island

This time around, those two wacky pieces of foam, Jared and Jonah decided on talking about what they would take to a desert island, one movie, one television show, one band, and of course one video game.

This episode is really late, since I got married, and my lovely wife Kelly and I bought a house. We do have a 10th episode in the can, and hope to get it out soon.

Once again Jared and I were lazy, and didn’t come up with anything to shoot, so we started talking politics.

This time we talk a bit about expectations after Obama was sworn in, taxes and big corporations, immigration, and a bit about George W.

Foam Hedz 06 - Guitar Hero World Tour

After doing the early review of Rock Band 2, Jonah and Jared were quite excited to do a review of Guitar Hero World Tour and compare it with the exemplary Rock Band 2. The surprise was that Guitar Hero World Tour really didn’t match up Rock Band in many ways at all. Watch for their full review.

This time around the finishing was done in After Effects, so the show could be given more of an overall look. We hope you enjoy.

Foam Hedz 05 - Things We Hate

My bad, this Episode is a full month late. Had been not working, and then started working, and just got to busy.
 This time around Jared and I didn’t have anything to talk about, so we talked about things we hate, and though Jared never wanted to ended up talking some about politics. Of course this discussion is a month old so it is a little out of date, but we still had fun.

Foam Hedz 04 - TV 2008 - Heroes, Chuck, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Pushing Daisies and Fringe

We didn't have anything new to review this week, so Jared and I started to talk about some of the returning shows this TV Season as well as one new one. We talked about the 3rd Season of Heroes, the 2nd Season of Chuck, the second season of Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles, the 2nd season of Pushing Daisies, and the first season of J.J. Abrams new show Fringe.

Foam Hedz 03 - Rock Band 2 Initial Thoughts

This time around Jared and Jonah are back to video games, this time talking about the recently released Rock Band 2 for the XBOX 360. They will be doing a much extensive review once the full set comes out, and once Guitar Hero World Tour Comes out, so they can be compared, but for now they give their initial thoughts on the game. Once Jared gets the whole set (his Rock Band 1 drum set is toast, as is his Guitar Hero 3 Guitar) they will do a full review.

Foam Hedz 01 - Review of Soul Calibur 4 for the Xbox 360

Jared and Jonah make there internet debut. These film grads play video games, watch movies, and love to talk about it. Oh yea, and did I mention that they are both made out of of foam?

For the first episode these Foam Hedz review the fighting game Soul Calibur 4 for the XBOX 360. This is a fighting series that they loved for years, and this time they talk about the first next generation version of this fighting monster.
